Gt2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the gt2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the gt2 website at gt2.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the gt2 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. gt2 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and the latest version will always be available on this page.
The gt2 platform is intended for entertainment purposes and may not be used for any unlawful purpose. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their place of residence.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the gt2 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- A resident of or located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is not prohibited under local law.
- Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.
- Never previously banned or suspended from using the gt2 platform.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and username. gt2 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify gt2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Permitted Use
You agree to use the gt2 platform solely for lawful and appropriate purposes. You may not use this platform to:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activity directed at other parties.
- Transmitting, uploading or distributing content that is obscene, threatening, defamatory or offensive.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
- Using unauthorised automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Performing any action that could compromise the integrity or performance of the gt2 platform.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed through the gt2 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users may not cancel a bet once it has been accepted. gt2 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of involving fraud, exploitation of system errors or violation of platform rules. In such cases, gt2 will notify the relevant user and any affected balances will be handled in accordance with established procedures.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the gt2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX and digital wallets available to Malaysia users. gt2 does not accept foreign currencies directly, and any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposit Terms
All deposits to your gt2 account must be made using a payment method registered under the same account holder's name. gt2 reserves the right to reject or withhold any deposit that cannot be verified or is suspected to involve suspicious activity. Deposited funds do not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account registered and verified by the user. Prior to the first withdrawal, users may be required to complete an identity verification process. Any bonuses or promotional credits may be subject to rollover requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the user's account membership tier.
Taxes & Financial Liability
Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on winnings or transactions made through the gt2 platform in accordance with prevailing Malaysian tax laws. gt2 does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for any user's tax obligations.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Gt2 Liability Limits
The gt2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. gt2 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gt2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses, data loss or business disruption.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gt2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, system manipulation or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Any activity suspected of involving money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation. gt2's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks and other materials found on the gt2 platform are the exclusive property of gt2 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission from gt2.
Third-Party Links
The gt2 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. gt2 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend
Gt2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure compliance with the latest version of the applicable terms.
Continued use of the gt2 platform after any updated terms are published constitutes full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the gt2 platform. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform must first be resolved through direct negotiation between the user and gt2 before proceeding to any other formal dispute resolution channel.
